Where are your jeans made?
Our jeans are manufactured in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, by one of the largest denim manufacturers in India. It is a public limited company and have deployed several renewable energy solutions and water-saving solutions in manufacturing.
What makes your jeans special?
Our Ab Magic technology provide utmost comfort and best fit. Our 4EverGreen program is unique. We care for the planets and sustainability is interwoven in our company policy.
What is Ab Magic?
A feature that provides maximum comfort around the abdomen area using our denim material and unique design that helps to flatten the abdomen area and gives a flattering look.
What kind of material do you use / What are your jeans made of?
We use GOTS certified organic cotton 99% with 1% Elastane for your comfort.
What is GOTS?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well. Are Lotusline products sold in any physical stores?
Currently, no. In order to deliver a significant value and to keep our costs low we are primarily offering our products online at www.lotusline.co
Is there a way I can try your jeans before buying?
As we are online only store, there is no physical facility where you can try out. However we have a convenient and free home trial option.
Are you going to be launching any new products?
We have a few other styles under development. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Does your jeans change shape with regular wear?
Every pair of LotuLines jeans is made with superior denim and our Ab Magic technology. After a few years of regular usage, as with any other denim, there could be changes.
Does the color run?
We have taken maximum care with Indigo color jeans (Indivar) which tends to run color for a few washes. There could be color transfer. Please read our wash care instructions label for more details.

What are the sizes that are being offered?
We offer from size 2 to size 18 as of now. Visit the products page to get more details.
What size should I buy?
We have provided measurements of waist, hip and inseams of our jeans in the product page. Please refer to our size guide. If you are pear shaped, stick to your regular size and others would be able to order one size smaller than your regular size, because of our Ab Magic feature.
How do I choose the right Lotusline jeans?
Our size guide should help you. We have also provided comparative sizing between Lotusline jeans and other brands.
I haven’t worn jeans in a long time. How do I find the right size?

The inseam that you have is shorter than what I need.
We support a maximum of 31 3/8 inches inseam in our Tall version - Indivar.

Can I recycle the jeans before 4 years?
The goal of our program is to maximize the usage of our jeans. Please reach out to us through our customer support.
What if I don’t want to return my jeans?
If you love our jeans, you are most welcome to keep it forever. You can recycle anytime after 4 years.
What if I don’t want a new jeans after 4 years?
We plan to add more products to our portfolio and you may choose the product of your liking. Please sign up for our newsletter to get the updates.

The Bag to the Future bag is a unique packaging solution that Lotusline has adopted for packaging the jeans to showcase the upcyclability of denim.

Who is the manufacturer of the Bag to the Future bag?
Our Back to the Future tote bags are made by one of our partners Dwij products (www.dwijproducts.com). Please visit their store as they have quite a lot of upcycled products in their portfolio.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the Lotusline return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it . We accept the returns of our products within 10 days of purchase. Any returns after 10 days and within 30 days will be given an in-store credit for the same amount that was paid. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached (enclosing detached tags will not be considered for returns)
All packaging materials including ‘Back to the Future’ bag needs to be returned. If the returns are made without the ‘Back to the Future’ bag or returned with a damaged bag, we will deduct Rs. 595 from the refunds.
Lotusline reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. Final sales, promotional items or opened packaged items may not be returned or refunded.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 10 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

How should I ship my return?
Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within two business days. You can return your item by following the steps below:
Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner.
If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 15 days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during return pickup. If you wish to return more products, please get in touch with our Customer Care team, who will arrange a pickup for the additional products. We will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit.
When will my payment be refunded?
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your exchange or refund will be processed within seven business days of receipt. All payments will be refunded to the original form of payment made.
Do you offer exchanges?
