All customer orders will be shipped within 2 business days and tracking information will be sent through the email used to register the account.
Customer is hereby requested to provide accurate information as indicated by the registration form on Lotusline website.
In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer's mistake (i.e. incorrect name or incomplete address or any other erroneous information), Lotusline will try to work with courier company to fix the issue. However, if we need to re-ship and any additional charges incurred by Lotusline for the product's re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
